Access the NVR's main menu, navigate to System Setting > CH Setting > Encode Setting, and change the Encode Mode to "AV Stream". Save the settings. 3. You will now receive audio from the camera. Remember to switch the Encode Mode to “AV Stream” for all channels with added microphones.

How to Listen to the Audio: 1. Enable audio on the app to listen to the voice from your phone. 2. Connect headphones to the NVR’s audio output to listen to the voice through the headphones. 3.
